edEdge is a web application that streamlines and simplifies the teacher evaluation process for school districts. The product was directed through a rigorous year-long pilot program with a school district before launched to the wider market.
Understand needs and flow Through ongoing guidance from school administrators, we mapped out user journeys, task requirements, and defined opportunities for the product to address pain points in the evaluation process.
Design and Development We created a full click-through prototype of product, iterated based on user tests, then built front-end templates and component library for beta.
Interviews with superintendents, principals and teachers to understand the flow. Build a flexible solution that can adapt to different flows. Iterate on product throughout the pilot program.
